This notice explains how MyLogoQR handles information when you use the MyLogoQR QR-code app inside ChatGPT. It supplements the MyLogoQR website privacy policy. OpenAI also processes your prompts under its own terms and settings.
Information processed
To create a QR code, the information you provide is sent in a tool request from ChatGPT to the MyLogoQR service. Depending on the QR code, this may include a URL or text, Wi-Fi network name and password, phone number, WhatsApp message, or contact-card details.
How the information is used
The service uses your input to generate a QR image and returns the result to ChatGPT. The app does not require a MyLogoQR account and does not intentionally save QR inputs or generated codes in an application database. The generated QR code contains the information you provided; anyone who can scan or access the code may be able to read or use that information.
MyLogoQR does not send WhatsApp messages, connect devices to Wi-Fi, contact the encoded destination, or collect payments through this ChatGPT app.
Logs and service providers
The service code is designed not to log QR contents. The hosting provider may process technical request data, such as IP addresses, timestamps, and request metadata, in operational logs. The developer must verify the production host’s logging, retention, and access settings before publication; infrastructure logs may be retained under the provider’s configuration.
Retention
The app does not provide account storage or QR-code history. The generated result may remain in your ChatGPT conversation according to your ChatGPT settings and OpenAI policies. Technical hosting logs may be retained according to the hosting provider’s configuration.
