1. Commercial & Personal License Grant

MyLogoQR grants all users an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to generate, download, distribute, print, and display QR codes created on this platform for both personal and commercial purposes.

You may print generated codes on commercial product packaging, billboards, digital restaurant menus, corporate business cards, vehicle decals, client deliverables, and software applications without paying fees or displaying mandatory attribution to MyLogoQR.

2. Ownership of Generated Output

You retain 100% ownership of your generated barcodes, logos, and vector assets. MyLogoQR asserts no intellectual property claims, copyrights, or royalties over the graphics, optical patterns, or embedded data you generate.

3. User Pre-Print Testing Responsibilities

Because QR codes are static optical patterns dependent on real-world lighting, printing resolution, contrast ratios, and camera optics, users bear the sole responsibility to perform physical test-scans before committing to commercial print runs.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use MyLogoQR to generate barcodes that encode or facilitate:

• Phishing attacks, credential harvesters, or deceptive website impersonations.
• Malware distributions, ransomware links, or malicious exploit vectors.
• Unlawful harassment, hate speech, or defamatory materials.
• Infringement upon third-party copyrights or registered trademarks without proper authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability

MyLogoQR is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Under no circumstances shall the platform creator, Shahrukh Ahmad (SRK AMD), or MyLogoQR be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from scanning failures, print errors, printer ink costs, or loss of business.
